F. Jay Rahimi, Esq. 

Mr. Rahimi represents clients in all aspects of Entertainment including entity formation, negotiations, intellectual property and litigation. Jay also has experience representing clients in all types of Consumer Protection and Personal Injury matters. 

With experience working for the Los Angeles Superior Court and in corporate legal at the entertainment giant NBCUniversal, he has acquired many crucial skills that prove highly valuable both in and out of the courtroom.  

Devoted to providing the best possible experience for all of his clients, Mr. Rahimi prides himself on being able to provide personal service with highly individualized attention and frequent communication. 

Jay graduated from the University of Southern California with honors, BA Psychology, and then went on to graduate from Southwestern Law School with honors where he served as a member the Southwestern Journal of International Law. 

Jay is also Of Counsel to the national consumer protection law firm, Hyde & Swigart, where his focus is representing consumers against violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
